Returns & Exchanges

At Kai Waʻa, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Apparel & Gear

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

2. Canoes & Large Equipment

All canoe and large equipment sales are final.

Due to the custom nature and shipping logistics of these products, returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Any claims for damage during shipping must be reported immediately upon delivery with photos and documentation.

 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided details.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized products

 

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is processed.
