DAY TIME JOB:  I work as a delivery driver for Shell Petroleum Company in Tahiti.

FAVORITE FOOD:  Nutella crepe with whipped cream.

DREAM VACATION:  Go back to Huahine for a while to fish, surf and paddle.

 

FAVORITE PADDLING RUN:  Papeete Digue.

 

DREAM PADDLING RUN/ADVENTURE:  I'd love to do a world tour of the best surf spots for V1 and OC1 with my good friends.

 

FAVORITE THING TO DO ON AN OC-1 (i.e. downwind run, surf, fish, etc.): Surf, surf, surf!

 

IF YOU'RE NOT PADDLING YOU'RE:  When I'm not on my V1 - FAI 3X or the V6 with my team Shell Va'a, I really enjoy having fun on my V3 - FAI with my buddies. I also really like to spend some good times with my family and my friends out of the water.

 

IF YOU COULD TAKE ANYONE TO DINNER (dead or alive) WHO WOULD IT BE:  Connor McGregor.

 

MUSIC OR NO MUSIC WHILE PADDLING. IF MUSIC, WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU ENJOY ON THE OCEAN:  I don't listen to music when I'm paddling. I try to concentrate on listening to the ocean and my surroundings so I can anticipate what to do. 

 

BEST PIECE OF LIFE ADVICE YOU HAVE EVER RECEIVED:  Never give up!

 

FAVORITE OC-1 RACE:  The Super Aito race was super fun when the course was between Moorea and Tahiti. I really like the Te Aito race also.

 

WHO IS YOUR HERO IN LIFE:  Hulk, because when he has to, he battles it out without thinking about it. 

 

IF YOU COULD INSTILL ONE THING IN THE NEXT GENERATION OF PADDLING WHAT WOULD IT BE:  You have to give the best you have to achieve your dreams. And above all, whatever happens: always stay humble and respectful.
